Born and bred in the small town to Ullapool on the wild North West coast of Scotland.

As a child I spent my time as most children of Ullapool did, that was Lighting fires, kayaking, sailing, hiking and generally revelling in the natural biodiversity so famous of the area.

Having left high school I spent my 18th year extensively “tramping” the many tracks on offer in the outstandingly beautiful New Zealand. From completing the famous “great walks” to being a hut ranger in Tongariro National Park I quickly developed a passion for photography and did my best to capture the wonderful landscapes of the country.

Back in “sunny Scotland”, I am currently a studying  a 4 year degree Environmental Science and Outdoor Education at the University of Stirling.

I am now about to embark on a 3 month expedition to Iceland.
